Origin Story

This Natural heirloom lot comes from Siko washing station in Ethiopia. Fragrant with heady white florals, pandan and mandarin. Bursting with juicy apricot and jammy blackberry. Moreish in every way.Siko washing station is located in Siko village of Uraga, Guji – a highland region of southern Ethiopia known for producing some of the most unique naturals in the country. Founded in 2017, the station sits at 2,100-2,200 masl and sources ripe cherries from around 500 neighbouring smallholders farming on plots between 0.5-2 hectares.

How to Brew

We recommend starting with a 1:18 coffee-to-water ratio, which provides an excellent total extraction level and maximizes flavor pulled out of the ground coffee. For our single origin coffees we recommend a pour over method either on a Chemex, V60 or Kalita Wave.
