Please note: Pre-ground coffee beans can quickly lose their freshness, resulting in a notable decrease in aroma and flavor. For this reason, we don’t recommend a grinding service. We strongly encourage our customers to grind their coffee beans just before use for the best experience.

Origin Story
The Andrade Family is one of the oldest coffee-producing families in Cerrado Mineiro region, at the Minas Gerais state in Brazil. The Capim Branco Farm has deeds dating back to 1901. Nowadays, following the footsteps of their ancestors, the brothers Ismael and Eduardo Andrade are the owners, producing coffee with passion and respect for the environment and people for over a century.
With Dolce Cerrado, we offer a blend of both Terroirs, São Silvestre and Capim Branco, delivering a coffee with all the striking features of the Cerrado Mineiro region. A much appreciated coffee for espresso extractions.

How to Brew
We recommend starting with a 1:18 coffee-to-water ratio, which provides an excellent total extraction level and maximizes flavor pulled out of the ground coffee. For our single origin coffees we recommend a pour over method either on a Chemex, V60 or Kalita Wave.
