Please note: Pre-ground coffee beans can quickly lose their freshness, resulting in a notable decrease in aroma and flavor. For this reason, we don’t recommend a grinding service. We strongly encourage our customers to grind their coffee beans just before use for the best experience.

Origin Story

This coffee was harvested at El Triángulo farm (1,815 masl), managed by Jamer Alberto Cubillos Romero in El Placer, Santa María, Huila. The farm covers 2 hectares and is planted with 9,000 coffee trees, alongside fruit trees and a vegetable garden that enriches the farm’s ecosystem. Jamer acquired El Triángulo in 2020 and established it as his home, where he lives with his wife and three children. Trusting the potential of his land, he began by planting Bourbon Rosado to pursue higher-quality coffee. Over time, he has incorporated additional varieties and refined every stage of production to maximise quality. El Triángulo employs eight workers in total: one permanent employee who supports year-round farm operations, and seven seasonal pickers who join during the harvest.
